Keller, Texas
Keller, TX SEO from $65 a month, for a suburb Google reads as Fort Worth
In October 2026, Google showed no map pack for 'keller tx seo' and filled the page with Fort Worth and statewide results. That's common for a suburb this size, and it shapes how a Keller business should plan its pages.

What Google shows for Keller
The Keller cluster is small. In October 2026, "keller seo", "seo keller", "keller seo services", "keller web design", "keller tx seo" and "web design keller tx" each showed about 10 searches a month, about 60 in all. On October 17, 2026, the search "keller tx seo" returned nine organic results: seven agency sites and two directories, a Trustpilot review page and Semrush's agency directory. Google added an AI Overview but no map pack and no People Also Ask box.
Only one of the nine results was about Keller itself. Most of the rest were about Texas as a whole, Fort Worth or Southlake. When a place's searches are this thin, Google widens the radius: it assumes someone in Keller will hire from Fort Worth or a neighboring suburb, and ranks pages written for those places.
That lesson carries over to any Keller business. The phrase with "keller" in it may get a handful of searches; the phrase with "fort worth" or with no city at all gets the volume. A plan that only chases Keller terms ranks for searches almost nobody makes. A plan that pairs one strong Keller page with pages for the nearby cities you serve, plus a Business Profile that shows when someone nearby searches without naming a city, catches far more of the work.
Keller households, from the Census figures
Census estimates put Keller's 2024 population at 46,643, up about 1.9% from 45,764 in 2020. The Census Bureau's American Community Survey for 2019-2023 gives Keller a median household income of $172,654, and 23.9% of its workers work from home. Of its 22,839 employed residents, about 13.3% work in professional, scientific and technical services, about 12.9% in manufacturing and about 9.9% in finance and insurance.
The survey sorts residents by the industry of their job, wherever that job is, so these figures describe Keller households rather than Keller businesses. What they tell a local business is who its customers are: high-earning households, many with someone home during the day.
That favors home services that sell on quality: remodeling, pools, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, interior design, tutoring. These buyers compare portfolios, read reviews closely and check how long a company has been around before they ask for a quote. A gallery of real local jobs with the neighborhood named, and a review count that keeps climbing, tend to do more than a discount. With nearly a quarter of workers at home, many estimates get booked during the workday, so a quote form that asks the right questions up front saves a round of phone tag.
The roofer in our Florida roofer case study was after the same kind of high-value job. Before the work it got 3 to 4 phone inquiries a week, mostly small repairs. Between March and September 2025, a full Business Profile rebuild, citation cleanup on Yelp, Angi and Houzz, a review-request process and locally relevant links lifted qualified high-value leads by 600%.
Keller and the cities around it
Keller sits in northeast Tarrant County, north of Fort Worth, with Watauga and North Richland Hills along its southern side. Southlake is about 5 miles east, Hurst about 7 miles south, Grapevine about 9 miles east, and central Fort Worth about 13 miles away. On our areas page it falls under Dallas-Fort Worth, though it faces the Fort Worth side.
A typical Keller service business works Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Roanoke and the north side of Fort Worth. If you go to customers, hide your address on the Business Profile and list those as service areas. Then build pages for the three or four that bring the most jobs, each with work you've done there. Since Google showed no map pack on the Keller search we checked, look at the results for your own trade: where a map pack appears for your service plus "keller tx", the profile is where most calls start; where it doesn't, your pages carry more of the load.

Keller questions
Why does Google show Fort Worth results when I search for Keller?
Because there are few searches and few pages for Keller alone, so Google widens the area to Fort Worth and nearby suburbs. When we checked 'keller tx seo' in October 2026, only one of nine results was about Keller. For your business, that means a Keller page helps, but most customers will find you through broader searches or the map pack.
Is there enough search volume in Keller to bother with SEO?
For Keller-only phrases the numbers are small, about 10 searches a month each for the SEO terms we checked. But plenty of customers never type a city when they look for a plumber or a roofer; Google uses their location instead. A complete Business Profile and solid service pages can show for those searches around Keller, and they never appear in a Keller keyword count.
What should a Keller home-service business put on its Business Profile?
The right primary category, every service you offer, real photos of jobs in Keller and nearby, accurate hours and a steady flow of reviews from real customers. If you go to customers, hide your address and list your service areas, up to 20. Don't add 'Keller' or other keywords to the business name; that breaks Google's guidelines and can get the profile suspended.
