Terms of service
The plain terms behind every package. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.

Ordering
The sign-up form on this site is a request, not a purchase. After you send it we confirm that the package fits your website and service area and email you a payment link. Work begins when that link is paid. Website design and reputation work are quoted in writing first and begin only when you accept the quote.
What each package delivers
Each package includes the work listed on the pricing page for that package: Google Business Profile optimization, citation building and cleanup, review-generation work, and the stated number of target keywords, guest posts, Web 2.0 pages and amplification links. Deliveries begin within the turnaround shown for the package. Every month you receive a report listing each link with its live URL, the page it points to and the anchor text.
Billing and cancelling
Monthly packages renew each month until you cancel. To cancel, email support@texasseo.company before your next billing date; the current paid month is completed. One-time campaigns are delivered once and do not renew.
No guarantees of rankings
Search engines decide rankings, and they change how they do it. We don't guarantee any position, traffic level or number of leads, and nobody honestly can. We do guarantee that the work listed for your package is delivered and reported.
Your accounts and content
Your domain, website, Google Business Profile and any content we write for you belong to you. You give us the access needed to do the work (for example, manager access to your Business Profile) and can remove it at any time.
Working with others in your market
We may work with more than one business in the same area or trade. One client's data, reports and plans are never shared with another.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us about your business is accurate and that you are allowed to advertise the services you offer. Rules for your profession or trade (for example licensing, state bar or real estate commission rules) remain your responsibility.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
