Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms or the assistant, we use it to answer you, and we don't sell it or track you around the web.

Last updated October 17, 2026.

What we collect

When you send a form (free audit, contact, sign-up, call request) or leave a question with the on-site assistant, we receive what you entered: usually your name, email address, business name, website and message, and for call requests your preferred time and, if you choose a phone call, your phone number. The assistant also sends the list of questions you clicked, so we can answer in context.

This site has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage until you close the tab; it is not sent anywhere unless you submit a question.

What we use it for

Only to deal with what you sent: reply to your message, write your audit or quote, set up your call, and if you hire us, do the work. We may email you about that request. There is no newsletter, and your details are never sold, rented or swapped with anyone.

Who processes it for us

  • Brevo delivers the emails generated by our forms and keeps a contact record, so a request isn't lost if an email goes astray.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. Cloudflare also forwards email sent to support@texasseo.company.
  • Vercel hosts the website and runs the code that sends the forms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept while you're a client and as long as tax and business records rules require afterwards.

Your choices

Write to support@texasseo.company and ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. You'll hear back within one business day, and the request is done within 30 days.
